Camp Families
We love our camp families! From the time that you register until your camper arrives at Camp, all the information can be found here. Please use the login in top right corner to find all of your camper’s forms and to make payments at any time. If you need additional help, please reach out at in**@**********ps.org.
Per American Camp Association (ACA) standards, campers are not permitted to have over-the-counter (OTC) medicines in their possession. Under medical staff supervision, we provide OTC medications including Tylenol, antacids, Benadryl, Sudafed, Imodium, Mylanta, etc. Please do not send OTC medications to camp.
Any prescription or OTC medication that is taken on a regular basis (including allergy medication), needs to be filed with PackMyRx prior to the summer.
All medication is distributed by our medical staff. All morning, noon, and evening medications are distributed at meals. Bedtime medications are distributed through the health center immediately following evening program. If your child requires a new prescription while at camp, you will be notified by phone, and camp will submit your insurance information. Parents/guardians are responsible for any/all reimbursement for co-pays and medications.
The camp schedule is busy and often changes. Medications that help a child focus, for example, should be taken as they would during the school year. Environment can also effect medications, e.g., perspiration may alter effectiveness. We recommend that parents speak with their child’s doctor to see if any change is necessary.
Camp must be notified in writing for enrollment cancellation and session changes with the following understanding:
Prior to October 13, 2025: The application fee and all tuition payments are refundable for cancellations. Session changes will be processed at no charge.
Between October 13, 2025 and January 11, 2026: Payments in excess of the application fee are refundable for cancellations. Session changes will be processed at no charge.
Between January 12, 2026 and March 1, 2026: In addition to the forfeiture of the application fee, a $500 cancellation fee ($125 for Yalla) to cover programmatic and administrative costs incurred by Capital Camps will be assessed. A $200 processing fee will be charged for all session changes made. Additional non-refundable costs expended for trip reservations may be passed on to the family.
After March 1, 2026: No refunds will be made. A $500 processing fee will be charged for all session changes made.
Order camp clothing though Pack for Camp year-round. Additionally, we sometimes have special pop-up stores during the year with new styles and logos.

Capital Camps is pleased to offer you a convenient and secure method to apply through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, an independent, third party company that will conduct an initial financial analysis through an online application process. Capital Camps will receive a confidential report outlining your financial situation based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents.
Applicants are subject to a one-time non-refundable application fee of $35.00 per family. The same application fee can be applied to other institutions that FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment services. FACTS accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover).
Camper(s) must be registered for a Summer 2020 session in order for a financial aid application to be reviewed.
