Capital Camps is an amazing pluralistic Jewish community, with beautiful accommodations, that welcomes staff from all different backgrounds! You will gain a wide variety of skills and leadership experience while having the best summer of your life!

Capital Camps is in Waynesboro, PA. It is approximately 1 hour from Washington D.C. and Baltimore.

We know how important it is to take time off to relax during the summer! Capital Camps provides generous opportunities for time off throughout the summer. These opportunities are competitive with other overnight, summer camps.

All staff members must have graduated from high school, however certain positions require additional training, work experience, and/or certifications often provided during summer training.

We are always looking to hire for many different positions! Whether you want to be a general counselor, lifeguard, specialist in a specific area of camp, or a supervisor, we’d love to talk to you! You can see more details on the Staff Positions page.
