Capital Camps is an amazing pluralistic Jewish community, with beautiful accommodations, that welcomes staff from all different backgrounds! You will gain a wide variety of skills and leadership experience while having the best summer of your life!

Capital Camps is in Waynesboro, PA. It is approximately 1 hour from Washington D.C. and Baltimore.
We know how important it is to take time off to relax during the summer! Capital Camps provides generous opportunities for time off throughout the summer. These opportunities are competitive with other overnight summer camps.
All staff members must have graduated from high school. Certain positions require additional training, work experience, and/or certifications. Most position trainings are provided during summer training.
We hire staff for many different positions! Whether you want to be a general counselor, lifeguard, sports specialist, photographer, supervisor, or any other position we offer at camp, we’d love to talk to you! You can see more details on the Staff Positions page.
