Thank you for your interest in Bubbie-Zadie Family Camp at Capital Camps!

The weekend begins on Friday, May 31st around 3:30 pm and concludes on Sunday, June 2nd around 11:30 am. Our programming is most appropriate for grandparents and grandchildren  between the ages of 5 and 13.

Housing will be in our beautiful Nesiya Lodge. All rooms include individually controlled A/C, two hotel quality queen size beds, linen and towel service, desk, wireless internet, and in-room safe. Adjoining rooms are available. Food service is kosher under the supervision of the Va’ad of Greater Washington.

The cost for Bubbie-Zadie Family Camp is $225 for each grandparent and $175 for each grandchild.

The application follows this introduction. Registration is first-come, first-served. Your payment may be submitted via check or credit card. If you elect to submit your payment via check, please send to Capital Camps, 11300 Rockville Pike, Suite 407, Rockville, MD 20852.

Cancellations prior to May 10 receive a full refund, and no refunds will be made for cancellations after May 10, 2019.

Fees:

$225 for each grandparent

Full payment is required upon registration.

Refund Policy:

1. Full payment is refundable until May 10, 2019.

2. After May 10, 2019, all payment is non‐refundable.

Billing Information
Please complete with the information of the person completing this form and responsible for payment, regardless of whether that person is participating in the weekend or not.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Capital Camps may use photo/video images of participants in any/all public relations or media marketing.
2. Visitors are not permitted onto the camp facility during any period of the program.
3. Families will be held financially responsible for loss and/or damage to camp property.
4. Basic first aid is provided (band aids, etc.). Full medical treatment is available at Waynesboro Hospital or local clinic at participant’s expense.
5. Capital Camps reserves the right to remove any participant from our community, without refund, who violates the following:
• Bullying, physical, psychological and/or sexual abuse.
• The possession or use of illegal drugs/alcohol/fireworks and/or items considered dangerous.
• Respect for camp property and the property of others.
• Behavior that requires supervision beyond a reasonable level.
• Any action that endangers themselves and/or any member of the community.
