2018 Father-Son Family Camp

Thank you for your interest in Father-Son Family Camp at Capital Camps!

The weekend begins on Friday, December 7th around 4:00 pm and concludes on Sunday, December 9th around 11:00 am. Our programming is most appropriate for fathers and their sons between the ages of 5 and 13.

Housing will be in our beautiful Nesiya Lodge. All rooms include individually controlled heat, two hotel quality queen size beds, linen and towel service, desk, wireless internet, and in-room safe. Adjoining rooms are available. Food service is kosher under the supervision of the Va’ad of Greater Washington.

The cost for Father-Son Family Camp is $225 each for the first two participants and $150 for each additional participant.

The application follows this introduction. Registration is first-come, first-served. Your payment may be submitted via check or credit card. If you elect to submit your payment via check, please send to Capital Camps, 11300 Rockville Pike, Suite 407, Rockville, MD 20852.

Cancellations prior to November 16 receive a full refund, and no refunds will be made for cancellations after November 16, 2018.

Family Information

Capital Camps is under Va'ad of Greater Washington kosher supervision and is a nut‐prohibited facility. If this participant has any additional dietary restrictions or needs, please indicate them here:

Fees:

$225 for each of the first two participants
$150 for each additional person

Full payment is required upon registration.

Refund Policy:

1. Full payment is refundable until November 16, 2018.

2. After November 16, 2018 all payment is non‐refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Capital Camps may use photo/video images of participants in any/all public relations or media marketing.
2. Visitors are not permitted onto the camp facility during any period of the program.
3. Families will be held financially responsible for loss and/or damage to camp property.
4. Basic first aid is provided (band aids, etc.). Full medical treatment is available at Waynesboro Hospital or local clinic at participant’s expense.
5. Capital Camps reserves the right to remove any participant from our community, without refund, who violates the following:
• Bullying, physical, psychological and/or sexual abuse.
• The possession or use of illegal drugs/alcohol/fireworks and/or items considered dangerous.
• Respect for camp property and the property of others.
• Behavior that requires supervision beyond a reasonable level.
• Any action that endangers themselves and/or any member of the community.
