| Registration for summer 2009 will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 8, 2008. Please note that applications are not considered complete without a deposit. To ensure fairness, all applications are date/time stamped and processed on a first come first served basis. |

Please note the following deadlines for priority and open registration:
• Priority registration for 2008 camp families begins on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 22, 2008.
• Jewish Community Center (JCC) partner members will be registered at close of business on Monday, September 22, 2008 (this provides our existing camp families with first access to camper slots). JCC member applications may be submitted on the first day of priority registration - they will be entered in the order they are received on September 22, 2008.
• Open Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2008. You may register in advance (Sept 8 onward) and your application will be processed in the order it was received on the first day of open registration.
Campers may be registered on-line, via fax or hard copy application. Mail in registration forms will be mailed on September 1st to camp families. If you are not a current camp family and would like to receive a registration packet please contact us at info@capitalcamps.org |
